I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of AI, data, and complex organisations — from global reinsurance to government digitisation to independent consulting. My work has always been the same: take what AI can do and turn it into something that actually ships and delivers value.
I'm drawn to the hard problems — the ones where the technology is only part of the challenge. Getting AI to work in production means navigating data quality, organisational inertia, regulatory constraints, and stakeholder scepticism. That's where I operate best.
